1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jl22 website accessible at jl22.bid, including all games, services, and features made available therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jl22 Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in Philippine Peso (PHP) associated with a Player's jl22 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by jl22.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund must be wagered through qualifying games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable to jl22's operations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "Real Money" refers to actual PHP funds deposited by the Player into the jl22 Wallet, as distinct from Bonus Funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on jl22, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotion-specific conditions published by jl22. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other published rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

jl22 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and use jl22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age under PAGCOR's regulatory framework applicable to online gaming platforms serving Philippine players.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit online gambling.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, commercial entity, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jl22 or any of its affiliated partners, game providers, or technology vendors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jl22 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order under PAGCOR's responsible gaming programmes.
• You are the legal owner of the payment method used to fund your jl22 Wallet. Use of another person's GCash account, bank account, or payment instrument is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access real-money games and financial services on jl22, you must complete the registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

jl22 is required by applicable Philippine law — including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended and PAGCOR operating requirements — to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. Accordingly:

• Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Acceptable identification documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or passport.
• Proof of address may be required for accounts where cumulative deposit thresholds trigger enhanced due diligence requirements under AMLA.
• jl22 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time, including for accounts that have previously completed KYC, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that circumstances have materially changed.
• Each individual may register only one account on jl22. Duplicate accounts, regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used, are prohibited. jl22 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl22 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jl22 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any message purporting to be from jl22 and requesting your password is fraudulent.

You must notify jl22 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jl22 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential or to notify jl22 promptly upon discovering unauthorised access.

jl22 reserves the right to suspend or lock your account if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. This is a protective measure and does not necessarily imply wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jl22 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl22 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on jl22:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in queue until verification is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• jl22 processes e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) typically within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
• jl22 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider's own fee schedule may apply independently.
• jl22 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending identity verification, AML review, or investigation of potential Terms violations. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be subject to a processing review to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jl22 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which may include minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, time limits, and withdrawal caps. The following general principles apply to all jl22 bonuses:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Where both Real Money and Bonus Funds are present in a player's Wallet, Real Money is wagered first unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms.
• jl22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and for which wagering is already in progress, unless fraud is suspected.
• Multiple account holders or players using the same IP address, household, or device may be restricted to one bonus claim collectively at jl22's discretion.
• Misuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using matched betting techniques to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

8. Wagering Rules

All bets placed on jl22 — whether in live casino games, slot machines, sports markets, bingo, or any other product — are subject to the following general wagering rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. jl22 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or manifest error that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, jl22 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Wallets. The decision to void bets in such circumstances is at jl22's reasonable discretion.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to individual games or categories. These limits are displayed within the respective game interface. Placing bets that exceed published limits — whether through technical means or otherwise — may result in the excess portion being voided.
• Sports betting markets at jl22 are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body — including results from PBA, NBA, UFC, and international football competitions. Any subsequent changes to official results by the governing body may trigger re-settlement at jl22's discretion.
• Where a player has an active bonus, certain games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the applicable promotion terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl22 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl22 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void all pending and settled transactions, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in any of the following:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or access jl22 services.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, baccarat, or multiplayer card games.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals to evade reporting thresholds, or use of jl22 for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity. jl22 is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions under the Philippine AMLA.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jl22's platform or any third-party game to obtain funds or advantages beyond what the normal game mechanics would provide.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at jl22 staff, other players, or any third party connected to the platform.
• Accessing jl22 from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal, or using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any form of chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith against jl22 through a payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl22 Platform — including but not limited to the jl22 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the proprietary property of jl22 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use jl22's intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from jl22 without the prior written consent of jl22. Unauthorised use of jl22's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings from gambling outcomes.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical interruptions, game malfunctions, or delayed transaction processing beyond jl22's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, promotional materials, or game outcome history published on the Platform.

jl22's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to jl22 in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

jl22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. jl22 supports the responsible gaming principles established by PAGCOR and offers the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps can be set from Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases may require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Net loss caps on sessions or defined time periods. When the limit is reached, play automatically stops for that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play across any jl22 game category.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a longer-term exclusion (up to 5 years) via Account Settings or by contacting jl22 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed within the requested period.
• Reality Checks: jl22 displays session duration and net win/loss data at regular intervals within supported game categories.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

jl22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jl22 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email or mobile number before any dormancy fees or closure procedures are applied.
• At the request of the player, including through a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jl22 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Wallet balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player or due to dormancy, any verified remaining Real Money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jl22 support to seek resolution through jl22's internal complaints process. jl22 will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where appropriate to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jl22 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms at jl22.bid/terms-conditions. Where an amendment materially affects existing players' rights or obligations, jl22 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the jl22 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 13.
